We are four middle-aged guys
playing the music we just love.
We are friends since the 60's, when we used to have a band for several
years.
The Boots Band were formed as a band
in the late 90's,
when we felt like get together and play again.
The material we play is mainly based on pop/rock songs from the 50's
and 60's.
Our ambition is to have a nice mixture
of soft, fast, nice and rough songs
in our repetoir, which contains a mix of vocal and instrumental songs.
The instrumental groups we are inspired by is The Shadows (UK),
The Spotnicks (Sweden) and The Ventures (US).
Other artists we perform songs by is Creedence Clearwater Revival,
The Beatles, Elvis, Chuck Berry, Eric Clapton, Refreshments a.s.o.
